I love my boyfriend but I’m starting to notice that he drinks an awful lot. From morning til night he’s drinking. I even discovered that he drinks at work as well. I’m afraid that he has a real problem. What should I do?

I am a single woman living on my own. My best friend is being evicted from her apartment and needs somewhere to stay. She wants to come with her 2 small children. I have no children but of course I wouldn’t invite her and not the children. The only problem is she wants her man to come as well. I’m not okay with that in the least. The main reason is because she works and he doesn’t. Am I wrong?
The title says it all! Now this is an article that probably should’ve been written months ago but it’s such a huge subject that I decided to wait. But lately, I’ve heard about so many people getting cheated on that it seems that now is the time to talk about it. This is all my opinion about it and what I’ve learned from others. Feel free to agree or disagree! Continue reading →
I am a 35 year-old mother of 4. Lately I’ve been considering going back to school. I’m beginning to feel unfilled at work and I think I’m ready to try something different. Am I too old for a career change?
I recently watched a documentary called, “Dark Girls.” I found it very interesting and prompted a conversation between me and Aaron. We talked about if we had a daughter how we would approach this conversation. This will be about what I learned from the documentary and my thoughts on the subject. Continue reading →
I have a best friend who I love dearly but I feel like when it comes to her female friends she isn’t always there for us but bends over backwards over for men whether she’s dating them or not. I want her to stop but I don’t want her to get mad at me. What should I do?
Have you ever wondered why men are such babies? I figured it out. Men are babies because we baby them. Now this is not to bash men, I love men. This article is strictly for the ladies though. Continue reading →
At the start of the holiday weekend you may have heard of Elliot Rodger. He turned out to be the shooter near the UCSB campus who killed 6 people and wounded another 13 before taking his own life as police closed in. The only thing I am trying to figure out about him was did he suffer from affluenza or was he a misogynist? Maybe it was a combination of both. Continue reading →
This holiday I wanted to take a minute to honor those who have lost their lives for this country. Before I take this article to its true Wonderland potential of crime and conspiracy I want to share a bit of information about the lives that have been lost to keep this country free. In World War I there were 320,518 US service members dead or wounded and 3,350 missing. During the course of World War II 1,076,245 were dead or wounded by the end and 30,314 missing. The end of the Korean War had 128,650 dead or wounded with 4,759 missing. During the course of the 20 years of the Vietnam War there were 211,454 that had died or been wounded and 2,489 that were missing. As of February this year the number of MIA is now 1,643. And the current War on Terror has left us with 57,614 dead or wounded and 3 missing in action. Since The American Revolutionary War in 1775 to Present day 2,717,991 young men and women have lost life or limb for this country and 38,159 have gone missing in action. All gave some, and some gave all. Please remember that this holiday weekend. Continue reading →
