It has been a very interesting period of my life as of late.Everything from near death experiences to scrapping the bottom to get a feel of what it is to pursue life correctly.And I have learned many new things.First and foremost I learned that sometimes it is hard to look yourself in the mirror. When lifting up rugs from the past , you end up seeing that everything swept under still remains there.I became and continue to be afraid of those past habits , doubts ,fears and painful mistakes I placed under there . Many years ago I started a journey that has cost me many things .Family, friends, my self awareness.My inability to process reality from ambition makes me pay a high price. This is how I have began to transition from being just another dreamer to a man with a passion to succeed By Any Means Necessary.
Christopher Kyle was born April 8, 1974 survived four tours to Iraq and was tragically murdered by a fellow serviceman on February 2, 2013. Recently a movie titled “American Sniper” has come out with the permission and assistance of his wife. This movie has gotten a lot of praise as well as a lot of criticism. Dubbed the “Devil of Ramadi” by Iraqi Insurgents, Chris Kyle’s legacy is being attacked by the people who he fought to protect. Continue reading
Last I talked about motherhood with you all I was 4 months pregnant. Well I am happy to announce that on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 9:22am I gave birth to a baby boy who I named Justin Alexander Weightman. On January 7, two muslim extremists went into the office of a French weekly magazine called Charlie Hebdo, and called out their more notable artists by name and murdered them in cold blood. The reason behind the massacre was because they did not like the way that these artists comically depicted their prophet Mohammed. Continue reading
Typically I leave the relationship and family stuff up to Suga to write but this week marks a major milestone in my life and I don’t quite know how I feel about it. I figured I would share with you all since I know we all deal with loss of life differently. On September 11, 2001 I lost a friend of mine in the attacks on the World Trade Center. Then a few years later I lost my grandmother on September 11, 2004. This marks 10 years that I have been trying to deal with a loss that is so profound there are no words. Continue reading
